3. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates provided online, by phone, or by email are preliminary and subject to confirmation after inspection.

• Final pricing will be approved before work begins.

• Additional charges may apply if conditions differ from what was originally described.

4. Deposits, Scheduling & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside the required notice period.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues.

• Provide access to water and/or electricity if needed

• Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas

• Disclose any known pre-existing surface damage

• Secure pets and keep children away from work areas

Failure to disclose known issues may limit Company liability.

6. Surface Conditions & Risk Acknowledgment

Pressure and soft washing may expose pre-existing issues including:

• Loose or peeling paint

• Oxidation

• Brittle siding

• Cracked stucco

• Loose mortar or caulking

UA Mobile Wash is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, aged materials, improper installation, or structural defects.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, card, and electronic payments.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

8. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of exterior cleaning services, refunds are not guaranteed. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion so we may inspect and address the issue.
